We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead our operations, focusing on
revenue growth and strategic client relationships in the media industry. This role is suited
for a leader who demonstrates our core value of leading from the front, with extensive
experience in TV, print, or digital media.



What you will be doing?

Strategic Leadership and Revenue Growth:
● Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets through
strategic planning and execution.
● Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative sales strategies that
align with company goals and capitalize on market opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in brand teams,
ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Team Direction and Development:
● Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of high
performance and continuous improvement.
● Mentor and develop team members, identifying and nurturing talent within the

Market Intelligence:
● Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and
competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Brand Representation and Networking:
● Represent the company at industry events and forums, enhancing brand
visibility and networking with potential clients and partners.

Ideal Candidate:

● 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role within the TV, print, or digital media
● Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing client
● Strong strategic planning and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
