Lead – Agency Relations - Revenue & Growth

We are looking for a growth leader and a subject matter expert to play a key role in growing
the share of OOH agency revenue at AdOnMo. An ideal candidate would have solid
experience in asset sales as a media owner or is from the OOH agency ecosystem
responsible for ad sales, revenue generation, growth strategy, and business development.
The candidate will play a critical part in boosting the national agency revenue vertical.
The candidate is expected to have an excellent relationship with National & regional out-of-home (OOH) agencies.
The person will be responsible for Agency related revenue targets, and service agency
requirements, understand and know the brand's agencies work with, be able to
proactively find logical solutions to suggest AdOnMo network media to fit in the agency
requirements, be able to upsell AdOnMo products and maximize revenue.

 

Responsibilities

What you will be doing?

Revenue Generation
•Improve the uptake of DOOH in the market among existing
and potential national agencies.
• Prospect agencies (national / regional) & direct brands and convert them to regular
AdOnMo customers
• Build strong 1:1 relationship with agency personnels and understand the spends
across objectives, channels, and scope potential for DOOH advertising
• Identify barriers to revenue generation across all aspects such as product, process,
people and eliminate them.



Growth Strategy
•Take ownership of the revenue roadmap of the office and devise
go to market strategies for short term and long-term revenue expansion
• Boost Client education about DOOH advertising through various marketing
activities, client roadshows, hotdesking, and event participation
• Need identification and bundling of inventory into packages depending on
demand-based parameters for faster adoption in the market
• Build strategies for client retention and upsell
• Devise and run offers and promotions to improve uptake of DOOH among target
audience
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with various partners to ensure maximum value
to AdOnMo, our partners and most importantly our clients.


Campaign Hygiene
•Build high-quality support infra for end client through the
campaign life cycle right from campaign planning to execution and invoicing
• Work with Ops team to ensure smooth execution of the campaigns by reviewing
delivery against key metrics and eliminating barriers to success
• Work with tech to devise measurement strategies and conduct A/B tests to
evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and its impact on brand goals
• Work with Ops team to ensure new AdOnMo inventory is updated on a periodic and
circulated.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have:
1. Solid proficiency in Storytelling and Analytics (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Good understanding of the digital advertising landscape (SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange,
Metrics: CPM, CTR, Impressions, etc.)
3. Experience in digital ad sales, account management.
4. Great communication & stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to grasp new tools and technologies fairly quickly.
