Manager - Corporate Sales

About the Role:

As a Corporate Sales Manager at AdOnMO, you will be responsible for leading and driving
the organization's sales operations. Your role will encompass designing and implementing a
strategic sales plan that will cater to our diverse clientele, ensuring that we meet our
company-wide revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing?

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
● Design and execute a comprehensive business plan addressing sales, revenue
targets, and expense controls.
● Analyze market trends and identify potential areas of growth.
● Meet and/or exceed planned sales goals on a consistent basis.

2. Client Interaction:
● Conduct sales calls, preparing tailored proposals and presentations to prospective
● Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and
expanding opportunities for further business.
● Send timely reminders to clients and agencies to facilitate prompt payment.

3. Collaboration:
● Coordinate closely with the marketing department to enhance lead generation.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely release of orders and delivery of
material to clients.

4. Team Development and Leadership:
● Cultivate your sales team by providing mentorship, product knowledge education, and
motivation to drive results.
● Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that the team is updated with the latest
industry trends and product offerings.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
● Track media and prospective leads to maximize sales opportunities.
● Prepare and present sales and sales-related reports, including but not limited to daily
call reports, weekly performance summaries, monthly sales plans, and sales projection

6. Brand Promotion:
● Represent and promote the organization and its products in a positive and
professional manner in all forums.

Desired Skill Set

● Mindset: Proactive go-getter and intrinsically motivated.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate
ideas clearly. Proficiency in English is essential.
● Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales. Ability to cater to corporate sales
(with a knack for independently closing deals).
● Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Advertising/Marketing/Sales industry will be
